About Stipple Works
Who We Are
Stipple Works is based out of the beautiful Pacific Northwest in Portland, Oregon. We offer high quality modifications to frames and other polymer-based grips and accessories. We're new to game, but not the industry, with over two decades of weapons experience and gun ownership. Gun ownership is a powerful privilege. Here at Stipple Works, we know there is a lot of responsibility being entrusted with such privilege. Part of that responsibility, when dealing with firearms, is having complete and precise control over your firearm. That is where Stipple Works strives to give each and every one of our customers the grip they need to safely manipulate and control their firearm when it is needed to protect themselves and their loved ones.

FFL FIREARM TRANSFERS
We are listed as FFL Dealers from numerous major Firearm Retailers across the US. However, we normally DO NOT process Firearm Transfers. On some special occasions, it is something we can facilitate, by appointment only.

How do I get started?
Head to Submit Order and fill out the form. Make sure you review your order before submitting. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email and information on what to do next.

What's next & How long will it take?
Turnaround times will vary. After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email that will inform you of the total cost. A non-refundable $50 Booking Fee is then required for a scheduled date. This will be applied towards the total cost of your framework. You may also request to pay more towards your balance. Once we receive your frame, you will receive the invoice for the remaining balance. The balance must be paid in full before we ship the frame back to you. Lead times are roughly 4 weeks, but vary depending on service options chosen.
Will you accept a frame that had previous work done?
It depends. You would need to send us photos of your frame along with your inquiry.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. We offer 10% off services for active military and law enforcement personnel. In order to receive a discount you must send us an email with your name and the date of order from your official email account.
How do you accept payment?
Your confirmation email will notify you of your non-refundable $50 Booking Fee, payable via PayPal, or Debit / Credit Card. We will later email you an invoice of the remaining balance that can be paid the same way.
Who is responsible for return shipping?
The customer is. At the completion of your framework, you will be billed for the remaining balance (less of the non-refundable $50 Booking Fee) and a $30 flat rate for return shipping within continental US. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii incur additional shipping costs. You must provide a printed copy of your Driver's License or State Issued ID. The address on your driver's license or state issued ID is used for return shipping ONLY.
Can I drop off my frame in person if I'm local?
Unfortunately, No. Customers are not permitted on the premises. You MUST still ship your frame to us via FedEx or UPS.
How do I ship my frame?
You will need to ship via FedEx or UPS ONLY. A Serialized Frame is considered a "Firearm", overnight/next day shipping is required per FedEx & UPS regulations.

Remove the slide and package the complete frame with all lower internals. Return shipping will be addressed to the address your frame came from only. You can also coordinate via your local FFL.

If you are sending us Other Polymer-based items that are NOT Serialized, you may ship them to us via your choosing.

REVIEW YOUR SERVICE ORDER. Once we receive your frame, changes to the service order will NOT be accepted.

With your Frame, enclose a print out of your Confirmation Email & Service Order.

Since we are an FFL, you MUST also enclose a printed copy of your Driver's License or State Issued ID. Again... the address on your driver's license or state issued ID is used for return shipping ONLY.
